It can be helpful to map out the journey your customer takes from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the ways you can identify any points of friction in your customers\u2019 journey is by getting feedback which I wrote about here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once you are armed with this feedback you can make improvements to increase the conversions of audience members to customers and increase satisfaction rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Some improvements you could make:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
